Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years in maintenance supervision/management.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English language proficiency and ability to respond to off-hour emergencies.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain protection of the environment and health and safety of employees and communities.
• Prepare and administer programs to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Direct Maintenance Department to comply with PSM/Responsible Care standards.
• Direct maintenance to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance safety and reliability.
• Develop and control maintenance budgets and forecast expenditures.
• Lead maintenance staff to implement best practices and improve plant uptime.
• Coordinate maintenance craft activities for multi-million-dollar turnarounds.
