Job summary

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, training operators in autonomous maintenance, and delivering tangible cost savings while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for improvement and outside-the-box thinking.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects.
• Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma/GED or a bachelor’s degree in industrial/manufacturing engineer, technical or business discipline
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
• Food packaging and processing-related equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute WK Kellogg Co Work Systems processes to improve equipment reliability.
• Supervise a salaried team and drive results.
• Participate in budgeting and plan cost containment strategies.
• Drive best practices in equipment reliability and total cost of ownership.
• Track KPIs related to costs, OEE, and service; set goals and measure progress.
• Analyze data on equipment failures and update maintenance plans.
• Provide training to operators on reliability and autonomous maintenance.
