This on-site role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement. The role offers a salary range of $112,960 - $141,200 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Food packaging and processing-related equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute processes for equipment reliability.
• Supervise a salaried team and drive partnerships.
• Participate in business planning and budgeting.
• Determine and drive best practices in equipment reliability.
• Drive key performance indicators related to costs and service.
• Analyze data on equipment failures for operations improvement.
• Provide training on reliability and autonomous maintenance.
