Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in industrial, construction, or mining environments preferred.
• Knowledge of production equipment operations, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, MSHA compliance, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of plant areas, conveyors, crushers, screens, and other equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Assist in material handling tasks (shoveling, sweeping, washing) for safe, clean work environments.
• Use skid steers, shovels, and other tools to clear excess materials and keep operations smooth.
• Support operators and maintenance crews in daily tasks and projects.
• Assist during scheduled and emergency repairs by maintenance teams.
• Help with lubrication, minor adjustments, and basic mechanical tasks under supervision.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections and log checks; report issues promptly.
• Adhere to MSHA safety standards and company policies; wear PPE at all times.
• Participate in safety meetings and report hazards promptly.
• Assist with production tasks, monitor material flow, and clear blockages.
• Provide relief in other areas such as rail unloading and stockpile management.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors; flexibility for dynamic site needs.
