Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in industrial, construction, or mining environments preferred.
• Knowledge of production equipment operations and mechanical troubleshooting.
• MSHA compliance and safety regulations required.
• Strong time management and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean plant areas, conveyors, crushers, screens, and equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Assist in material handling tasks such as shoveling and sweeping for safe work environments.
• Use skid steers and hand tools to clear excess materials and support operations.
• Support operators and maintenance crews during daily tasks and repairs.
• Assist with lubrication, minor adjustments, and basic mechanical tasks under supervision.
