Amcor Limited is seeking a Plant Quality Manager for our Shelbyville, KY facility. You will lead the quality and food safety systems, drive SPC-based process improvements, and act as the main contact for customer quality inquiries.

You will manage the QA team and coordinate with the plant leadership to uphold Amcor’s standards. Qualifications include a technical degree, 5+ years in manufacturing QA/QC and operations, leadership experience, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or willingness to

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other Technical field.
• ASQ CMQ/QE or ASQ CQE certification preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing industry experience including QA/QC and Operations/Production.
• 2-3 years in Leadership/Supervisory role.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety and quality initiatives within the plant.
• Oversee Quality Management System elements and training.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA and regulatory requirements.
• Generate quality metrics, SPC reports and CAPA tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement and CI culture across the plant.
