Amcor in Franklin, IN is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and maintain quality systems, ensure regulatory compliance (ISO, GMP, FDA) and drive customer-focused quality improvements across the plant.

You will lead the quality team, act as Management Representative for audits, oversee nonconformities and CAPA, and partner with operations, R&D and suppliers to improve products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering as minimum education.
• Formal training in problem solving techniques and project management.
• Experience leading quality systems and food safety programs in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the plant quality team and drive CAPA activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA and customer specifications.
• Oversee audits, supplier quality, nonconformities and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D and QA during new products launches.
