Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Quality Manufacturing Analyst in the United States to join our engineering-driven team. The role focuses on capability studies, control plans, FMEA, cost reduction and root-cause analysis to improve processes and reduce defects.

The successful candidate will have a BS in Engineering or related field, 3–5 years of quality manufacturing experience, and familiarity with TQM, SPC, FMEA, capability studies, control plans, and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of quality manufacturing analysis.
• Experience with TQM, SPC, FMEA, capability studies, control plans, ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Meet stated objectives for assigned area(s).
• Handle customer quality issues and ensure processes are capable and controlled.
• Collect and analyze data to steer corrective/preventive actions.
• Participate in maintaining ISO registration and project coordination.
• Lead root cause and corrective action teams for internal and external problems.
• Assist in planning and qualification of capital investments.
• Perform Gage R&R studies.
• Embrace and champion diversity.
• Keep supervisor informed of significant problems.
