Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Supervisor Quality at the SP Red Hill plant to oversee the Quality Improvement Program and ensure adherence to corporate QIP standards. You will lead RCA efforts and training, and coordinate with regional teams to implement best practices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a proactive self-starter able to multitask, and fluency in English. Join a team focused on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement at a site dedicated to high-purity materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• Self-starter capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program.
• Lead internal RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directed.
• Analyze plant operating data to identify correlations between parameters and quality.
• Conduct process control audits and quality-improvement projects.
• Oversee capital and other projects as directed by plant management.
