Job summary

Sibelco in South Windsor CT is seeking a Plant Manager to lead and optimize operations, safety, quality and cost performance. The role requires shaping a high-performance team and delivering on P&L responsibilities while embedding the Zero Harm safety culture and sustainability initiatives.

You will drive Lean transformation, manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), recruit and develop supervisors, coordinate production and maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a leadership role in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with turnaround challenges and plant operations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and ensures safety program and training.
• Manages production operations and maintenance.
• Oversees quality and regulatory compliance of products.
• Drives Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
