Job summary

Sibelco, a leader in specialty industrial minerals, is seeking a Supervisor Quality to join the High Purity Quartz Analytical Quality Team at the SP Red Hill plant. You will oversee the quality control functions and administer the Quality Improvement Plan in line with corporate standards.

You will lead RCA, Change Management, and training initiatives, analyze plant data to relate operating parameters to quality, and drive continuous improvement projects while coordinating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in local language and written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program.
• Lead RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directed.
• Analyze plant operating data to relate parameters to quality.
• Conduct process control audits and continuous improvement projects.
• Investigate customer complaints; perform RCA and preventative action reports.
• Oversee capital and other projects as directed by plant management.
