Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of leadership in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with turnaround challenges.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, maintenance and safety programs for the site.
• Direct and optimize plant operations to meet safety, quality and cost goals.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting (OPEX and CAPEX) and performance reporting.
• Recruit, train and develop supervisors and operators.
• Participate in scheduling and performance review meetings.
