Job summary

Sibelco, a leader in specialty minerals, is seeking a Supervisor Quality to oversee the Plant site's quality control functions and maintain the Quality Improvement Plan in line with corporate standards. You will collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a self-starter mindset, and fluency in English.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Self-starter capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program.
• Lead internal RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directed.
• Perform analyses of plant operating data to establish correlations with quality.
• Conduct process control audits and quality improvement projects.
• Oversee capital and other projects as directed by plant management.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; issue reports and recommendations for preventative action.

Administer and maintain plant quality Improvement Plan in compliance with corporate QIP Standards. Work with regional quality teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
