Job summary

Sibelco North America, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Quality to oversee the plant Quality Improvement Program and lead RCA, change management and training efforts. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and continuous improvement within a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program.
• Lead RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directed.
• Analyze plant operating data to relate parameters to quality.
• Conduct process control audits and improvement projects for CI.
• Oversee capital and other plant projects as directed.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; perform RCA and report preventative actions.

Your Impact in This Role

As a part of the High Purity Quartz Analytical Quality Team the Supervisor Quality role will empower you to oversee the quality control functions at the Plant site. Administer and maintain plant quality Improvement Plan in compliance with corporate QIP Standards. Work with regional quality teams to ensure best practices are implemented. Lead teams and implement quality changes as needed.

As a Supervisor Quality, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Direct all aspects of the Quality Improvement Program
• Lead internal RCA, Change Management, and Training teams as directed
• Perform analyses of plant operating data to establish correlation between operating parameters and quality
• Conduct process control audits, process improvement projects and any other projects, which contribute to the Continuous Improvement program
• Oversee capital and other projects as directed by plant management
• Investigate customer complaints and other non-conformances; perform RCA and issue reports and recommendations for preventative action
• Perform analyses of plant operating data to establish correlation between operating parameters and quality
