Job summary

Arcosa Crushed Concrete in Kennedale, TX is seeking a plant operator/general labor role. You will follow safety policies, inspect daily, and maintain a clean work area.

The role involves lifting, operating conveyors, performing repairs, and helping with production to maximize uptime. Must be 18+, have good communication, and willingness to cross-train. Overtime and outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Some experience preferred.
• Willingness to cross-train and safely perform the work of other jobs as needed.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety policies and environmental/OSHA regulations; inspects workplace daily and reports deficiencies.
• Performs daily maintenance inspections to ensure safe, reliable operations and minimize downtime.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and reports safety or maintenance issues.
• Performs lifting, pulling, carrying and other manual labor tasks to operate equipment in production.
• Performs repairs and maintenance such as belt changes, wear-part replacement, and pump service.
• Assists with plant operations including cleaning, washing, and material handling; minimizes dust levels.
