Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate and direct the production process on the assigned line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to company policies. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews, supporting continuous improvement and strong cross‑functional communication.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency with PowerBI and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Basic PowerBI skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to lead, train, and develop a shift; prioritize work.

Responsibilities

Supervise production personnel on the assigned department.
Coordinate with shift leads and supervisors to maintain smooth plant operations.
Lead Lean Daily Management meetings at shift start.
Ensure staff safety, train staff to comply with quality standards.
Administer performance reviews and participate in compensation processes.
Address employee issues with HR guidance as needed.
Support Preventive Maintenance and OSHA compliance programs.
Manage attendance, PTO scheduling, and timekeeping outputs.
Provide feedback for performance evaluations and participate in appraisals.
