Formación

• Master's degree and 5 years of experience in a similar position, or 10 years in plastic molding.
• ISO-certified facility experience or training.
• Ability to build and coach teams and develop metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the facility to meet government regulatory requirements and company standards in safety, security and confidentiality.
• Ensure production lines are managed efficiently by monitoring, analyzing and making decisions to optimize time, materials and resources.
• Create and evolve the production operational excellence plan to drive team performance and communicate clear expectations.
• Manage Production Supervisors; direct, coordinate and evaluate the unit.
• Interview, hire, train, plan, assign, direct work and appraise performance; address issues as needed.
• Foster partnerships across management and mentor employees for development.
• Maintain ethics and credibility within the company and with customers.
