Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving Lean Daily Management improvements and providing direction to supervisors and operators.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and cross-training to build a high-performing team. Candidates should have 3+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift.
• Meet daily production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, adjust staffing, and escalate issues impacting performance.
• Facilitate daily KPI reviews and assign countermeasures.
• Maintain visual management boards with accurate data and actionable insights.
• Supervise and mentor production associates to build a high-performing team.
• Address employee relations issues with HR support as needed.
• Provide coaching and develop cross-training to improve skills.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews with department supervisors.
