EKHO Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) seeks a Plant Production Planner for the King George, VA site. The role owns the plant production planning and scheduling to ensure safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing, balancing capacity, resources, and customer commitments, and serving as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams.

You will lead backlog reviews, verify drawings and materials, and oversee production readiness while optimizing schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, production planning or scheduling.
• Ability to independently manage production schedules in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of production planning methodologies and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings and manufacturing documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own the plant production planning and scheduling process to align with customer commitments and capacity.
• Establish priorities considering labor, equipment, materials, and delivery schedules.
• Make day-to-day scheduling decisions to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Lead backlog review meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure production readiness with drawings, materials, tooling, and labor resources.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions; escalate as needed.
• Develop and adjust schedules to optimize capacity and respond to changes.
