Conagra Brands is seeking a results-driven Operations Supervisor in Council Bluffs to lead a manufacturing unit and drive safety, quality, and productivity. You will manage KPIs, allocate resources, and champion continuous improvement with frontline leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience within the food industry preferred.
• Experience using digital tools and systems to analyze and leverage operational information across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience partnering across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience using data to support decision-making, problem-solving, and operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace by maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Oversee adherence to food safety, quality, and environmental standards including HACCP, SQF, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead line structure team performance and Daily Direction Setting meetings.
• Translate issues identified during Daily Direction Setting into actionable daily plans and monitor progress.
• Facilitate Weekly Daily Management System meetings to review trends and opportunities.
• Conduct Monthly Business Unit Reviews and share best practices across units.
• Develop 90-day performance plans and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
• Manage training programs and competency validation processes.
• Partner with R&D to enhance production capabilities and support new product launches.
• Collaborate with HR on investigations, corrective actions, and employee relations matters.
• Monitor labor and ingredient utilization to support cost management and product quality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to meet production requirements.
• Partner with plant leadership to secure resources and promote employee growth.
• Mentor supervisors and frontline leaders for leadership development.
