Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment leading multiple departments.
• Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain safety and continuous flow production methods with plant manager.
• Actively seek, find, and implement process improvements to reduce RM cost, improve asset utilization, and balance teams.
• Lead leadership development and team pipeline, prepare for change, and coordinate with plant manager.
• Provide final sign-off with scheduler on daily/weekly production schedules.
• Establish clear communications for staff (safety huddles, meetings, planning).
• Ensure training of employees and proper onboarding with leads and trainers.
• Maintain plant layout for safety and efficiency.
• Utilize inventory management processes to meet targets for finished goods.
• Ensure OSHA compliance training as scheduled with EH&S.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement through the workforce.
