Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Manager to lead on-site manufacturing and maintenance operations in Auburn, WA. You will drive safety, plant performance, and continuous improvement while coordinating daily/weekly production plans.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma with 3+ years of leadership in an industrial setting; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Base salary ranges $100,000–$110,000 with a 10% bonus and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and maintenance operations in line with safety culture and business goals.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production plans to meet schedules and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset utilization across the facility.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and ensure training plans for staff.
• Collaborate with scheduler for sign‑offs on production schedules.
