Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Production Manager for our plant in Madera, CA. This exempt role leads production and maintenance, drives safety culture, and aligns operations with long-term strategic direction.

You will manage production plans, coordinate maintenance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to optimize processes in a precast concrete environment.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum high school diploma with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Associates’ degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production and maintenance operations to meet schedules and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance plans and asset reliability.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedule with scheduler sign-off.
• Establish formal and informal staff communications (safety huddles, meetings).
• Ensure training plans for production and maintenance staff are in place.
