Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a Plant Manager in California to oversee all plant operations, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and lead production teams. You will manage production workflow, coordinate schedules, and monitor performance against goals to deliver bottom‑line results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in plant management, with strong leadership and communication skills. Onsite work in San Martin, CA, with competitive benefits and potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong background in maintenance or related production environments.
• Ability to interpret production reports and P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Direct all plant manufacturing processes and ensure quality products while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Plan and direct equipment layout, workflow, and workforce utilization; coordinate procurement of raw materials.
• Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet goals.
• Review production reports and profit‑loss statements.
• Lead and coach team members on responsibilities and procedures.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and Production Manager to improve processes and safety.
