Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our California operations in Redding. The role centers on optimizing safety, production efficiency, and customer service while coordinating across operations, sales, engineering, and finance.

You'll drive continuous improvement, manage staffing, scheduling, and asset utilization, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of precast concrete and related infrastructure products. On-site leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree expected or equivalent experience in operations or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership in an industrial plant setting.
• Experience improving safety and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and environmental compliance, championing a safety-first culture.
• Direct production scheduling to meet customer delivery needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure correct drawings and manufacturing methods.
• Hire, supervise, train, and retain plant staff.
• Promote a clean, tour-ready workplace and maintain performance metrics.
