Ball Corporation’s Supervisor, General Plant Production in Fort Worth, TX is responsible for overseeing the plant production function and ensuring safe, compliant operations on-site. The role requires leadership of shifts, adherence to SOPs, and development of subordinates while maintaining production schedules.

The position offers an annual incentive plan and applies Ball Packaging quality and environmental standards.

Formación

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college or work-related experience in the can or end making process.
• Job-related experience for 2 year(s) minimum.
• Experience maintaining food safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises plant production and maintains safe, compliant operations.
• Supports development and continuous improvement of the food safety system.
• Maintains process quality per Ball Packaging standards.
• Provides for and reviews subordinates' performance and development.
• Schedules vacations, overtime, holidays, and job assignments.
• Maintains records on production, spoilage, maintenance and attendance.
• Communicates information between crew operations and management.
• Ensures SOPs are followed and environmental regulations are met.
