Job summary

OK International, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage daily production and distribution, ensuring on-time delivery to customers. The role involves coordinating across Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach staff, and monitor performance metrics while overseeing labor, training, and safety compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, warehouse, or similar operations.
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience managing daily operational priorities and working cross-functionally to resolve delivery, material, capacity, or inventory issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production and distribution plans to meet customer requirements and drive on-time delivery performance.
• Review forecast, customer demand, backlog, past-due orders, material availability, labor, and capacity to establish daily production and shipping priorities.
• Monitor OTD and past-due performance daily, identify delivery risks and key drivers, and execute and follow up on recovery actions.
• Lead daily production meetings to review priorities, delivery performance, past dues, material constraints, capacity, and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues impacting production and customer delivery.
• Oversee Production, Shipping, Receiving, Material Transfer, and Inventory Control activities.
