Job summary

GMT International seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and guide staff across production, maintenance and warehouse areas. You will ensure efficient machine operation, employee discipline, and adherence to the production schedule while promoting safety and quality across the plant.

You will collaborate with planning, maintenance, engineering and quality teams, drive process improvements, and support HR in hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in production supervision/management in manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide production employees to meet shifts and production schedules.
• Ensure machines run smoothly and supervise attendance, time-off decisions, and discipline.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, engineering, quality and front office staff to meet the production plan.
• Authorise disciplinary action for violations and support HR in hiring decisions.
