Plant Production Evergreen full‑time job description. 12‑hour night shifts; some night‑only; some rotating schedule.

This position is responsible for the operation, management and problem‑solving efforts in a team environment in a dairy processing facility. Responsibilities include ingredient and bulk material handling, machine operation, product manufacturing and handling, and quality inspection. Attention to detail and adherence to food safety practices and personal safety practices are essential to success. Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read and understand written SOPs and follow the standards.
• Pass required testing and subsequent interview.

Preferred Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• Availability for weekend and overtime work.

Schedule / Shifts

• 12‑hour shifts.
• Holidays and weekends required.
• Only those available to work nights, holidays and weekends should apply.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, stoop, climb steps/ladders.
• Must pass a physical capacity profile test and pre‑employment drug screen.

Compensation & Benefits

Wages range from $23.58 to $27.77 per hour. Night premium $1.50 per hour. Longevity pay $0.50–$1.00 per hour.
