Job description

Plant Production – Evergreen Full‑Time (12‑Hour Shifts)

This role is responsible for operation, management, and problem‑solving in a dairy processing facility. Responsibilities include ingredient and bulk material handling, machine operation, product manufacturing, and quality inspection. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand written SOPs and follow standards.
• Successful completion of required testing; interview will follow.

Preferred

• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekend, overtime, nights, holidays, and rotating schedules.

Schedule and Physical Requirements

• 12‑hour shifts (float). Some nights, some rotating.
• Holidays and weekends required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, stoop, and climb steps/ladders.
• Must pass a physical capacity profile test and pre‑employment drug screen.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $23.58–$27.77, plus night premium of $1.50 and longevity pay $0.50–$1.00.
