Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment; conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Supports development, maintenance, and improvement of the food safety system.
• Ensure round-the-clock efficient operations for the assigned process area.
• Manage resources and activities for the assigned process area and supervise team members.
• Establish maintenance procedures, budgeting, execution, and review.
• Plan, administer, and manage the budget for the assigned area.
• Analyze systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and advise management.
• Diagnose problems and implement corrective actions; design and oversee new systems to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
