Cemex US is hiring a Process Engineer to maximize plant production and KPI optimization while meeting environmental and quality specs. The role focuses on analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvements within a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will lead projects, perform advanced calculations, and drive continuous improvement across equipment and processes with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry and cement process familiarity.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing and process optimization.
• Knowledge of raw materials and cement production processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant improvement projects and eliminate equipment bottlenecks.
• Provide technical knowledge to plant personnel and identify training needs.
• Perform mass and heat balances and equipment diagnostics.
• Optimize PID, heat consumption, and power usage.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with safety regulations.
