Job summary

RRD is seeking a Plant President to lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement and align with corporate goals. You will oversee P&L for multiple locations, manage budgets, safety, quality and productivity, and develop strategies with the site leadership team.

Responsibilities include leading sales strategy, optimizing schedules, mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reporting performance to Corporate Staff.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience across sales and operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external teams.
• Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant to improve sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity and waste reduction.
