Job summary

RRD is seeking a Plant President to lead a manufacturing site, directing plans for people, processes, technology and culture. The role focuses on improving safety, quality, productivity and waste reduction while managing budgets and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading sales strategy, coordinating with Sales reps, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations. A strong track record in operations leadership and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related field; preferred.
• 8+ years of diversified management experience in printing or similar manufacturing.
• Experience leading sales teams is highly desired.
• Continuous Improvement/Lean experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant to improve sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Manage P&L for assigned locations, budgets, and capital/operational planning.
• Develop employees through targeted education and training programs.
• Establish succession plans for key roles.
• Provide guidance to department managers on operational improvements.
• Lead local Sales team with strategy and daily client insights.
