Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Experience with sales projections, expense budgets, and P&L statements.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Champion the brand’s vision and ensure team alignment.
• Lead shift operations and staff training.
• Manage guest satisfaction and drive sales.
• Assist in creating staff schedules to meet labor budgets.
