Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Supervisory role with high volume exposure in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience with sales projections and expense budgets; ability to analyze profit and loss statements.
• Focused on building and promoting the company’s vision and values.
• Self-starter with the ability to motivate and recognize all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Lead staff training and development initiatives to improve performance.
• Drive top-line revenue and manage labour and cost of goods.
• Coordinate restaurant operations during each shift and implement operating improvements.
• Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
