Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Two years SAP HR/payroll system experience.
• Experience with Kronos and Workday.
• Knowledge of local payroll and tax laws.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive HR/Payroll information confidentially.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Visio familiarity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping & payroll: process and audit PTO, vacation data, and incentives.
• Employee relations: address attendance infractions and payroll questions.
• Reporting & systems management: run headcount, hours, and ad hoc reports.
• Support HR in applying company policies.
• Assist with Kronos/Indeavor system testing projects.
