Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to execute and oversee factory payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while improving processes. You will support HR and manage timekeeping, benefits, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes Kronos/Indeavor/Workday experience, confidentiality, and collaboration with supervisors and HR Service Center. Location is Utah-based; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.
• Experience with SAP HR/payroll systems preferred.
• Experience with Kronos and Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of local payroll and tax laws.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping and payroll data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Provide supervisor support for payroll procedures.
• Handle attendance infractions and employee inquiries.
• Process unemployment claims related to payroll questions.
• Manage changes in deductions and success factors updates.
• Audit timecards, run reports, and support Kronos/Indeavor projects.
