Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Payroll Coordinator to execute and oversee factory payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role drives payroll standardization, process excellence, and continuous improvement aligned with global guidelines.

The successful candidate will handle timekeeping, attendance, and payroll reporting, with responsibilities spanning data accuracy, system reconciliation, and collaboration with HR and Kronos teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two years SAP HR/payroll system experience, preferred
• Experience working with Kronos and Workday, preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of local payroll and tax laws and legislation
• Project management Experience preferred
• Effectively handles pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
• Strong customer focused attitude with a commitment to quality and customer Service
• Able to handle highly sensitive HR and Payroll information in a confidential and professional manner
• Ability to anticipate problems and embraces a solution-oriented approach, especially in the absence of management.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & familiarity with Visio
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates a strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with all levels of management

Responsibilities

• Enter and reconcile paid time off benefits requiring documentation support such as bereavement, jury duty, etc.
• Responsible for accuracy of vacation and other time off data in the payroll system.
• Validate eligible earnings for hourly employee's quarterly incentive bonus.
• Provide supervisor support for payroll procedures and processes.
• Open claims with HR Service Center for Floating Holiday reset
• Submit intake to remove ETO take-back monthly
