Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; attendance and punctuality record.
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused with interruptions; work under deadlines.
• Professional telephone etiquette and confidentiality.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to create letters and memos.

Responsibilities

• Processing payroll for approximately 600 associates.
• Maintaining Kronos time-keeping system and attendance data.
• Troubleshooting payroll issues and responding to questions.
• Generating reports for plant management and providing clerical support.
• Maintaining personnel and medical files, and benefits information.
• Entering daily production data into Excel; handling equipment and supply tasks.
• Answering and routing calls; supporting staff with policies and practices.
• Ordering uniforms and reviewing invoices; managing communications center.
