Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to execute and oversee factory payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, efficiency and a positive employee experience.

This role drives payroll standardization and process improvement while aligning practices with global guidelines and operating standards. Responsibilities include timekeeping, employee relations, reporting, and system management with Kronos, SAP and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Two years SAP HR/payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with Kronos and Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of local payroll and tax laws and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping & payroll responsibilities with data accuracy and documentation support.
• Employee relations tasks including attendance infractions and inquiries.
• Reporting and systems management, including Kronos and ad hoc reports.
• Support HR in interpreting and applying company policies.
