Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (required).
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8 (required).
• Minimum internship/co-op or 3 months manufacturing experience (required).
• Must relocate within the United States (geographically flexible).
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization and cost savings.
• Apply data-driven analysis to improve quality, lead times, and operational decisions.
