Eaton Corporation is launching a three-year Early Career Leadership Development Program in Plant Operations. You will rotate through Manufacturing Engineer and Continuous Improvement roles, then lead a team as Front Line Leader, gaining Yellow and Green Belt certifications.

Participants receive hands-on manufacturing experience, leadership training, and opportunities across diverse sites in the United States. Relocation is a required part of the program, with travel up to 25% as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with graduation before August 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8.
• At least one internship/co-op or 3 months manufacturing experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position; must relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization, quality, lead times, and cost savings.
• Apply data-driven analysis and KPIs to guide operational decisions.
• Develop frontline leadership skills and support hourly manufacturing teams.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as new product introductions and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management for lasting impact.
