Job summary

Eaton Corporation is hiring for its Early Career Leadership Development Program in Plant Operations Management. The role focuses on plant-level projects to improve processes, reduce lead times, and cut costs while building leadership and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

You will gain hands-on manufacturing exposure, obtain yellow/green belt certifications, and complete a leadership curriculum with two rotations, preparing you for future operations leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation before Aug 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• Minimum internship/co-op or 3 months of manufacturing experience at time of application.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or work visa.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level projects focused on process optimization, quality improvements, reduced lead times, and cost savings.
• Apply data-driven analysis and root‑cause methods to drive measurable operational results.
• Support hourly manufacturing teams and foster a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
• Participate in rotations and leadership curriculum within the two-rotation program.
