Job summary

ATI is seeking an Operations Leader for the Cudahy Forged Products operation. You will guide dimensional/in-process inspection and internal material handling to ensure forgings meet requirements before downstream processing while maintaining efficient material flow.

This hands-on leader role requires a strong plant-floor presence, prioritization, and sound technical judgment. Expect a 6:30 AM–3:30 PM schedule, with ~60% shop-floor activity and ~40% office work, and occasional off-shift calls as

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical or related field.
• 3+ years of general supervisory experience, with knowledge of labor contracts and safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead dimensional and in-process inspection of forgings and support downstream decisions.
• Oversee internal material handling and ensure uninterrupted material flow across plant areas.
• Coach and train hourly staff, uphold safety, quality and productivity targets; support union requirements.
