Job summary

ATI is seeking an Operations Leader - Process Control for its forging facility in Cudahy, WI. The role will manage production crews and ensure proper techniques, sequence and safe operations are upheld to maintain workflow.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Industrial safety and quality adherence are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Associate's degree preferred and ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preplan jobs and coordinate Forge Shop scheduling with multiple departments to ensure stock, tooling, manpower, and equipment are available for production.
• Determine manpower requirements, schedule jobs, and communicate crew changes and downtime for payroll and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to diagnose malfunctions and expedite repairs to minimize downtime.
