The role emphasizes sustainable process enhancements, data-driven decisions, mentoring Lean leaders, and building a culture of continuous improvement across functions, with a first-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading improvement teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Business.
• Strong statistical analysis and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proven change-agent with strategic business sense.
• Project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Lean experience; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Lean and continuous improvement projects to improve flow, quality, and cost.
• Mentor lean leaders and engineers to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Develop and implement a framework to drive enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
• Monitor Lean and Six Sigma projects and lead leadership reviews for progress.
