Job summary

A global healthcare leader in Indianapolis seeks an Operational Excellence Champion/Coach to drive the site’s CI OpEx culture. You will develop strategies, facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with leadership to achieve operational objectives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a STEM field and at least 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Strong coaching and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lead teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of documented experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI/OpEx Role.
• Strong self-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of the site’s Operational Excellence strategy.
• Facilitate shared learning and best practice replication.
• Directly support and execute OPEX projects in alignment with the site agenda.
• Track and respond to trends in Operational Excellence performance.
• Facilitate shared learning opportunities and host education sessions.
