Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks an Operator to safely manage plant equipment and site tasks. Responsibilities include loading/unloading fly ash, monitoring silos, testing materials, and ensuring regulatory safety compliance.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a related field, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and be prepared for rotating shifts. Compensation features annual bonus, health benefits, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Attends regular safety meetings and follows safety guidelines.
• Monitor and record fly ash levels in silos and place orders as needed.
• Pulls samples of fly ash from loads and silos for testing and performs tests.
• Loads and unloads trucks, rail cars, or barges with fly ash.
• Operate production equipment, start up and shut down as required.
• Maintain grounds, equipment and facilities as directed.
• Complete paperwork and reports; ensure timeliness and accuracy.
