Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks operators to safely run plant equipment and perform site tasks across loading, testing, and routine inspections. You will monitor fly ash levels, maintain documentation, and coordinate with utilities to ensure efficient production.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent with training in relevant skills, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and reliability on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and training or certification in relevant skill or trade.
• Strong verbal communication skills for conveying instructions and coordinating with coworkers.
• Abilities to read and comprehend simple instructions and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Maintain communication with utility and monitor fly ash levels in silos.
• Load and unload materials, operate loading equipment, and test samples as required.
• Record data in production systems and complete billing tickets.
• Perform maintenance on grounds, equipment and facilities as directed.
• Report safety or equipment issues to the supervisor and assist with projects.
